We want you to be completely satisfied with your memobottle™. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the memobottle™ is unused and placed back in its original premium packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
